The world's largest lamp is in Donalda, Alberta and was

constructed as a Millenium project.

Donalda is famours for it's oil lamp museum.

It is illuminated by a 400 watt street lamp that comes on each night at dusk and shuts off at dawn.

The world's biggest teepee is in Medicine Hat, Alberta

Built for the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, as a symbol of Canada's native heritage. It towered above the Olympic caldron during the opening and closing ceremonies. After the Olympics, it was moved to the City of Medicine Hat.
