8 c apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
8 cloves
Peel of 1 orange
½ c apple brandy

In a pot heat up cider, cinnamon sticks and cloves.
Out orange zest and brandy in a cup ( see through is nice)
Pour cider and serve

               CANADIAN MOJITO

6 mint leaves
6 blueberries
2 T lime juice
½ lemonade
1 ½ oz. rye whisky

In cocktail shaker , combine mint leaves, blueberries and lime juice, muddle
Add lemonade, rye and top with ice. Shake well
Strain into glass and add a splash on soda water

Smirnoff Tripled Distilled Vodka

Motts Clamato Rimmer

Motts Clamato Juice


Worcestershire Sauce

Tabasco Sauce



Take a tall 10 oz tumber and wet the rim with a slice of lime.

Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.

Squeeze the lime wedge over the ice cubes.

Pour two ounces of Vodka over the ice cubes.

Add the Motts Clamato Juice to the top of the glass.

Add four drops of Worcestershire Sauce

Add three drops of Tabasco Sauce (more if you like a more spicy drink)

Shake salt and pepper to taste.

Add a dash of Motts Clamato Rimmer into the glass

Garnish with a celery stick or lime and bean

 Dirty Girl Scout Cocktail

  1 oz Vodka 

 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur 

 1 oz Irish cream 

 1 oz White Creme de Menthe 

 Mix the vodka, Kahlua and Irish cream and pour over ice. Pour the creme de menthe down the center of the glass. Serve

1 cup fresh lemon juice. ( I use a juicer and add back the pulp)

¾ cup of berry sugar ( fine sugar)

1 cup crushed ice

4 cup water

In a blender add the above and mix till sugar is gone 

Pour over ice with a slice of lemon and a straw

*Adult lemonade add vodka or gin

* if not using berry sugar make simple sugar (¾ c regular sugar & 1 c water)

                     RUM PUNCH IN A GLASS

3 cups cubed pineapple (fresh )

½ c honey or simple syrup 

1 ¼ c white rum

Juice of 2 limes (¼ c)

Blend together in a blender until smooth

Pour into pitcher and chill until ready to serve

Add large bottle of ginger ale (cold)

Add ice cubes and serve

                     UNDER THE PALM TREE

In a large shaker add

¾ of the way up orange juice

Good splash of coconut rum

Hazelnut liquor ( Frangelico)

Top with ice and shake till chilled

Pour  into glass leaving a small space at the top

Top with cranberry juice

Serve with a sliced strawberry and colored umbrella

  8 ounces pineapple juice

 8 ounces cranberry juice

 1 1/2 ounces vodka

 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps

 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum

 1 dash grenadine

 Mix together and serve over ice.
